Isn't it more accurate to say that 'the plays are tied' than TCTC? I hear this all the time when plays are this close for people to want to roll them out endlessly so that have a marginally stat-sig result (but the plays are still .003 apart or something). I think for plays like that, walking around saying 'A is better than B' is much farther from the truth than 'the plays are tied'.
