28 pips is a big lead. It must be a double even at this score (though a take, if nothing else for the recube leverage.

On the recube, I think you should run -- looks like a BIG pass to me at this score, with 18 shots. (If it looked closer I'd crunch numbers.)

You were very unlucky with the 66-32-64 sequence. I know that such a quick turnaround can tempt you to doubt the initial double, but that's just backgammon; I don't think it should deter you from doubling again in the same situation.
