I guess when I see 'TCTC' after 46,000 games, it feels like I'm being told that the plays SHOULD be called, one better than the other, if we just did more rollouts. If two plays are .002 different after 46,000 I think saying they are tied makes more sense than implying they should be 'called'.

If there is no implication that TCTC implies that they can/should be 'called', then I guess I have misunderstood.
