Different time limits per player

In Response To: Scheduling Problem in Santa Fe (ed olaughlin)
My Chronos GX clock (which I've only ever used for chess) allows different per-move and reserve times for each player. I would imagine almost all digital chess clocks allow this as it can be used for handicap play when the players are of different strengths (at least for casual fast chess; I've never heard of this being done in a serious chess tournament.)
