Speed Backgammon Time Controls

In Response To: Speed Backgammon Time Controls (Chiva Tafazzoli)

While I'd certainly try less, I rather like the idea of a 12 second delay with 0:30 or even 0:20 per point.

I think there is some value of training the masses to play and feel comfortable under normal clocked match situations, where they are low on reserve time.

10 seconds would probably work also, but physical dexterity is likely to become a more dominant factor.
