I agree with John: I love 20/14 13/9 here. If White hits from the midpoint, Blue can hit back and take over the outfield. If not, Blue has a ton of numbers to make another point in one of the outer boards and further firm his grip on the position.

White is a big favorite to end up with two anchors whatever Blue does. There's not enough for Blue to gain by hitting on the 4pt (well, maybe if he could somehow divine that White wouldn't roll a 4), and worse yet is to hit or point on the 2pt, which (either way) removes spares from making better points and leads to a relatively disjointed force of checkers.
