I guess the QF answer is 21/16 6/5 (which I like better than 21/16 11/10), duplicating 4s.

However, I'm not falling for that. I'll go with the straightforward 8/7 8/3*. Putting Brown on the bar gives him not only the usual 4 fanning numbers but also a bad 61 54 42 that jars loose a second checker. There are bad numbers the other way, too, but not as many.

Besides, it's hard to make an advanced anchor when 21/16 is part of the move.
