I don't think b/22 13/8 is nearly as good, even though it adds some minimal duplication, because if White makes the bar that checker on the 22 could have a hard time escaping.

What's interesting is that many players will make a loose play like b/20 13/10 if they can find some duplication in it, but if they can't, they'll dismiss it as too risky.

Where is the duplication after 13/8? 21 and 31 are duped but 33 is worth somewhat more. Everything else seems to be just as bad.

After 13/10 32 is duped. So only half as many rolls, I guess. 33 is still pretty bad and 55 is somewhat worse.
