I'd play 2 down as I don't want to split and come under the gun of those towers.

The hitting numbers would have played nicely on the other side of the board anyway.

Having a 3rd guy sent back increases the chances of getting an advanced anchor which will reduce gammon losses so being hit is not catastrophic but only moderately bad.
