The opposite of a market loser

"Market retainer" is certainly not right, as David explained. I like "reversal" somewhat better than "anti-market loser" but neither is ideal. "Anti-market loser" or perhaps "Market anti-loser" has the advantage of indicating that it's the opposite of a market loser, but the term itself is cumbersome and not self-explanatory.
Following the commerce analogy, what we're trying to give a name to is something that causes seller's remorse. Alternatively, a market has disappeared because there is no-one willing to sell, not because there is no-one willing to buy.
How about "market freezer"?
