Fortunately, everyone is innocent until proven guilty...

I hate it when people say this because it is false. If someone commits a crime, they are guilty of that crime from the moment they commit it until they die, regardless of what is proven or not.

The concept you are looking for only applies inside a court of law where the defendent is PRESUMED to be innocent until proven guilty by the legal process. Even there, the accused isn't 'innocent' until proven guilty.

As far as banning someone from a private, voluntary organization or event, the level of evidence required is almost always far less than what is necessary to incarcerate someone. When you put someone in jail you are depriving them of a basic civil right. No one has a 'right' to be a member of the USBGF, for example, or participate in an invitational backgammon tournament.
