I don't get how you can keep saying to PJT with a straight face, "Sorry, your accusers have demanded to keep their evidence secret, so I guess the burden of proof has to shift to you if this matter will ever be resolved."

PJT has never asked me for any information. Again, I believe he knows where he stands and he knows what other people know. Many people have told me they've contacted PJT and also asked him for an explanation and he has not responded.

I think you underrate the extent to which evidence matters, or at least ought to matter, as compared to the mere say-so of a reliable person with secondhand information.

While the information by the strict definition is secondhand I don't regard forwarded emails, screenshots, account history (what ids played what ids), game/match logs, in the same weak regard as "secondhand information" implies. This isn't "Well Bill told me that he saw..." kind of evidence, this is "I have a video that Bill taped of the incident" type of evidence.

Maybe the people you should be putting pressure on are the anonymous accusers who apparently insist on harming the backgammon community by allowing a cheater to escape sanction.

Careful of your word choice.

It'd be a load off if everyone decided to put forth their evidence, but they won't so I'm left twiddling my thumbs, wasting my time. This is why I hadn't brought it up again since the initial postings. I don't have anything else I can offer you on it and this will go round in circles sucking the life out of me. There are many reasons the information I have won't come to light from, as mentioned before, some of them being 'friends' with PJT to it simply being illegal to release it publicly. I could email everyone individually and try to put the nipple clamps on them to share their evidence but I have better things to do. I tried to bring the situation to everyone's attention because I thought people deserved to know.
