I find it really hard to believe that there is this colossal mountain of evidence that all these sources are willing to share with you but absolutely, positively cannot be disseminated further under any circumstances. If your characterizations are accurate, even a sliver of this evidence would likely suffice to make the case sufficiently for any reasonable person to accept. Yet each and every one of these sources is willing to take the time to marshal the evidence for your eyes only, but not a shred of it can otherwise be permitted to see the light of day.
The only conclusion I can draw is that either you have not tried very hard to persuade them to make the evidence public, or else your sources have some agenda that is inconsistent with wanting to stop a cheater from further afflicting the backgammon community. Let's see, "I'm a friend of PJT, so I couldn't bring myself to publicize this dirt I have on him, but instead I'll send it all to the proprietor of one of the most trafficked backgammon forums, with the proviso that he can only characterize my evidence but never ever share it"? Does not pass the test of common sense, sorry.
When we had bot cheating long ago in the FIBS chouette, the folks who caught onto it were extremely transparent about the sources and methods they used to detect the cheating, the case was proven conclusively as a result, and the matter was put to rest. Similarly with the case of a major online charlatan who was exposed within the last few years. I have no idea why your sources would be unwilling to conduct themselves similarly, and there is something exceedingly shady about the whole affair.
