First sorry for my very long and gramatically not correct last sentence. I just wanted to create an analogy like u did as well. I indeed know nothing about how guilty Peter is, whats true whats not. As everybody else without insight informations I just can make up my own mind about it with or without the influence of other BG players who may have more view or actually know something on this. What I can say is that he was a nice and fair guy at the tournament. Like I did as well against Shino he has indicated to him that Shino has forgotten to press the clock after doubling and not wanted to think on your opponents time.
Well, it was not the final, it was the quarterfinal against me. It was a longer episode from the end of the first set, through the break up to the middle of the deciding set. The bad luck was by losing the 1st set on time, which it is, indeed. The first set was mainly a private affair. The next sets were watched by a lot of kibitzers and were monitored by the TD.
He physically has not threaten me, although very bad verbal. He physically has threaten the equipment (Board, checkers, clocks) picking up dice too early. Shio was asked to continue and finish in a appropriate way, which he wasn't able to do. So it was interrupted a lot of times and to set up new clocks when he has destroyed another one.
At the end the dice have decided and he was not to stop anymore to going all the way. There was a incident in the semifinal but its hard to imagine that he has done it on purpose: to present an illegal move when your opponent only has a couple of seconds on the clock. That could be in the heat of the moment. Julian did the best at this moment: to stop the clock
