I slighly have to disagree, Bill. It's not PJT, it is Shino

I jokered Shino out of a match in Monte Carlo and he was a perfect gentleman. I think the match was either an early round conso, or even last chance, or an early round JP match.
However, the behavior described here and in Will's blog is shocking and inexcusable. What on earth were the director and senior staff doing while the was happening? What they should have done is to take Shino aside for a few minutes and calm him down and explain to him, that further bad behavior results in penalty points and eventually forfeiture and expulsion from the event.
Are players allowed to act that out of line in major poker events in the UK? (I doubt it) What about bridge events (most certainly not) or other games?
If BG is to progress further and into a more popular game with some serious media exposure (as WSOB hopes to do) then shocking behavior of partipants needs to be addressed strongly. I am sometimes no angel when I play BG but if I am offending my opponent I appologize and stop what I am doing if it is improper.
Christian, I am sorry you had to endure this, and congratulate you on a fine showing.
Once again, what was the director doing while this was happening?
