Great post and policies.

Just a couple of supporting comments.

I'd assume that if silence is imposed, then the players can at least speak to compare scores and announce that they are taking a bathroom break, or is all that to be done via the monitor?

Re: permanent suspensions. It is your call whether to suspend someone for lifetime or just for a couple of years. Personally, the suspension I'd issue would be based upon the severity of the crime, but really bad actions would result in a lifetime ban.

Also to all directors, I think it should be standard policy to have someone monitor a match if a player's time is down to less than 30 seconds and if one player requests.
