In Response To: A play when in trouble (Neil Robins)

8/4 for me, just because nobody has played it yet. Well, also because it is the least number of shots and leaves only one blot. I don't have the guts to slot with a gammon value at 2/3 and a bad timing in any case (though the vanishing backgammon value and the recube potential make it tempting). OTB I would probably play the more standard 13/10 8/7.
