As for systemic errors, there is also the possibility of systemic non-errors.

Consider the possibility that bots play blitz type positions unusually well relative to other types of positions. If so, then wouldn't it be likely that 64P, which lends itself well to blitz would tend to result in long term situations in which the bot makes fewer errors than it otherwise would? Certainly the bot is going to tend to steer clear of backgames with the 2 point made - a game type in which it will make more errors than average.
