I agree that the term "market loser" is ambiguous, and if we were starting over from scratch I might rack my brains for a better term. But "market loser" is such a firmly entrenched piece of terminology that we're stuck with it. The fact that it encourages people to think of just one side at a time is a bad thing; it is precisely what I'm suggesting we attempt to correct.
So I think that any term of the form "market something-er" has a big advantage over any term that doesn't suggest that it's the opposite of a market loser. I concede that "market freezer" may not be the world's best term but so far I haven't seen or come up with anything better. I looked around for other economics jargon for quite a while without success.
