All the participants? No, many participants were not London for the UK Masters, and just treated this as a unique event. Several, I had never even met before. And none from London presented me with a ticket for travelling to the event via the undergroud, which was very gracious. As for the rest, all expense claims have been settled, and/or people have been extremely sweet and patient throughout the process.

Regarding the shino event, I did exactly what you said I should do in one of your notes, Stick. after standing firm and insisting that the forfeited set should stand (after interviews with both players), I issued shino with a verbal caution after he smashed the clock to the ground. I told him he was bringing the tournament into disrepute and to start behaving at once; which he did, for the rest of the match.
