I'm hitting for sure here since we're 23 pips down after the play otherwise and there is so little penalty for being hit back. Making the 5 point seems hugely wrong here.

Then I'll play 12/9 to duplicate the 2s while only giving 45 off the roof, and bringing a builder into place for the 4 and 5 points.
