My original thought was 6-2, but i can see it's very unlikely that black will be contained -- more likely that white will seriously crash inner board. So, if the idea is to speed black up, why not 4-1, 3-2? Black could be forced to hit multiple blots, letting white stay on bar for a long time -- maybe the resulting weak board overrides this consideratiion?
