If you type something along the lines of 'Windows 7 randomly shuts down' into google you will get a lot of results. There are a couple options I'd suggest first and foremost but not having access to your PC makes it tough and you may have to go through all the options you find online.
Try Start >> Control Panel >> System & Maintenance >> Power Options >> Advanced
Really poker around in here changing settings to 'never' as to when your computer should power off. Again, without seeing the actual screens, and some may be diff. in Windows 7, it's hard for me to relay what exactly you should be on the lookout for. Also, is your computer shutting down completely or hibernating?
Another thing you need to do is make sure your drivers are updated. After that I might suggest making sure that you aren't getting Windows Updates to install automatically and thus rebooting your computer. Google is your friend.
