For money, D when you are the stronger player, S when you are weaker.
This statement is true I believe assuming the plays are tied. This may not be the case. My Snowie rollout could certainly use extending before drawing any firm conclusions from it as could my 15k XG pasted below but they still show that S could come out the clear winner.
