I'm not sure, but for money this looks like a close take to me. White is 100% to make (at least) a four-point board on roll, but the strength of Blue's board/prime will give him a very high rate of reversal when the blitz fails.

If you weaken Blue's position a little bit, even just moving his 8pt to his 9pt, then I would pass.
