Take based on open 5-point (key).

While all other things being equal the 5pt being made here would make it a pass but I feel you may be overvaluing the fact that it isn't made in this particular position. There will be many opportunities shake after shake to make the 5pt. On roll here already we see [11 22 44 31 51 53] or 9 numbers that will make it. So immediately it gets made 1/4 times. Now repeat that cycle for a few turns. Some variations will add more builders and a few will take away builders but it feels to me builders will be added from the midpoint more often than they are taken away from the 8pt & 10pt.

Also, it isn't completely necessary to make the 5pt to bring this position home. It'd be nice, of course, but if it never happens you still got a damn good shot at bring it home by playing behind the anchor.
