Hitting looks too loose to me. White already has a good containment prospects, and the extra shots give Black some killer comebacks. As it sits, the 9pt gives Black some problems; he exposes a second checker on 52, 51, 41, 32.

I'd just block Black's high doubles with 21/16, then play 21/17. Stacking is not ideal, but White gets better coverage from the 17pt than the 13pt, plus 17/13 gives Black 63, 54, and 33 as powerful fly shots.
