I would be surprised if the sort of player who views his playstyle and skill level as closely guarded secrets would spend much time playing casual events at a site like SHG, but I've found there's all kinds of people in the world and not all of them behave in an entirely logical fashion. I certainly have no objection if anyone cares enough to post my matches.

Perhaps, if you're so inclined, the site could carry a note saying that if anyone prefers not to have their matches published, just let you know and you'll honor the request (although I agree that you're probably on safe legal ground either way). Hard to see how anyone could have much of an objection to that.
