The record of a match is an intellectual asset, that could be paid (by TV and other advertisers, publishers.) BG TDs and Associations, web hosts, could introduce match recordibg and dissemination as a source of income. Before Tom Sawyer sublet the "right" for painting, nobody knew it was an asset:)

I think publishing other people's match is infringement upon their copyright. In the case of music author's interest it could be satisfied, by national and then international agreement on a small 5-10% levy on recordable media. And all piracy discussion be left behind (saving a a small state's territory of paper raw wood and a lake of ink:).

While nobody cares about this asset, we might as well infringe and then quarrel about it too :)
