OTB I recalled some work that I did with GNU several months ago (pre XG) and that splitting was clear for money.
Some players don't want to experiment with making the 2 pt with an opening 64, and I'll say the same thing to them that I say to myself. "It is quite important to know how to follow up the opening plays that you usually make." As an example, lets say that you usually build with 43 (43D). Lets assume that you aren't hit and don't have any very obvious play for 21 and 61 next turn, do you know how to play them?
