What happened to the "don't major split after your opponent makes a low point in the opening" guideline?

I don't follow and am not sure if I ever said this or it's something you've applied. What is ahead in the rollout right now and not statistically significant is the minor split, not the major split. The three point is not exactly a deep point but isn't a high point either, right in the middle ground. I doubt I've ever said what I quoted you as saying because 53P-32 for example S is the clear winner.
