I don't know; this is why I don't wait this long to cube at -2 -2. But I would think that Blue has more than 32% winning chances; i.e., Blue has a take. White's best rolls look like market losers so it's a double. But if the cube is still dangling in the middle then there's some psychological game being played, so who knows what's right then?
