How would you categorize this position?

Middle Game - no single plan yet. Black is behind in the race. No running. 32 is no running option too. Black can win by 1. Priming 2. Closing out. 3. Hitting a second enemy blot. 4. In a happy straight race (not very probable). Black can lose a priming and containment battle, because he has difficult points to fill (34). Black can lose a straight race if he manages escape. With so many white forces down a white blitz is a probability.
Black has much better position, but white is ahead and has threats. A way to fight threats is to engage the enemy on some other theater.
There are 3 prime building candidates and a preemptive-blitz candidate. The remaining possibilities are whoppers of -15% money game equity. No wonder the 32H is in the first 4 (4th). The preemptive value!
But black can do better. The prime building with either 13/10, 13/11 or 13/11, 8/5 are better, not only because of the less shots, the smoother position, non-engagement compared to the blitz. The prime building still has a higher priority than the preemption. The second move is better, because it breaks the BAD 8 POINT - 6 away from 2.
But the crown of all is the combination of diversion and prime building. 4_ Bold vs safe play
How easy to explain when I have the answers from snowie 3ply evaluation :) I would probably overlook or chicken out the beautiful bold play OTB.
