OK, here goes:

Blue's count is:
Far side is mb2+3 = 5
+1 for triplet n2,
-2 for triplet n-4 and
-1 for pair n-3, for a total of 3

White's count:
Mirror on n3/n9 = 2
Neutral shift of n-5, bar and n7 all right by 1, gives:
S3 + S1 -4 stack, which cancels.
Leaving -4 pips on n-2, for a total of 2(-4) = 1(2)

White leads by 10.
