Milking more out of the Depreli positions

I've said this before, but I think if you have two plays that roll out (even if you have statsig) less than 0.010 different, it is more meaningful to consider those plays as tied than reporting one play as better than the other. This is the language used in Paul and Nack's book when referring to the differences between plays (<0.010 = 'tied').
