m2+3 +Sym-1 + pair-1 = 3

White

Checker on bar to S3 and checker on n7 to S1 = 4 offset by 2 checkers moving back from n-5 to n-4 for stack giving count of -4. Motion of checker on n9 to n3 for 1 and then move the two checkers forward from n3 to n2 to poof with the two remaining checkers on n-2 for a count of 1(2).
