Backgammon at the Smithsonian

In Response To: Backgammon at the Smithsonian (Bill Finneran)

This is very exciting to me. The new USBGF has an Education Committee dedicated to promoting just this kind of activity and exposure. Please let me know how it goes, how many attended, how you got into the Smithsonian.

Our long-term goal is to have lessons and exhibitions like this in all kinds of institutions, ethnic groups, schools, camps, social groups, etc.

Eventually, we will have cd's and videos anyone can use to give these exhibitions, but nothing takes the place of the personal touch. Thanks to you and Bill and all involved for your efforts.
