I wouldn't use Naccel to count Blue, I'd just count 25 for the checker on the bar and add 10 for five checkers on the two-point to get a total of 35.

But if you insist on using Naccel here is how I'd count Blue:

Hop the bar checker four times forward to n-5 and then shift it 1 pip backward.

Four hops (4) and 6-stack (-4). Poof!

Nine checkers on S-1 is -9.

Total count is -9(-1).

White:

Neutral shift, S3 checker to n15, n8 checker to S1 and one n-5 checker to S0.

n15 pair (5) and 6-prime (-5). Poof!
