It's not necessarily 0.05; it depends on how many other technically incorrect plays he can trick you into making.
I grant that 41U is probably not a viable example. But there might be others. Given your obsession with the opening, I'm curious as to whether you've carefully checked your opening repertoire against unusual openings to make sure that you never make enough technically incorrect responses to them that your opponent's "incorrect" opening suddenly becomes correct. I would have guessed yes, but since you don't seem very interested in rolling out replies to unusual openings, perhaps you haven't actually done this calculation.
