I would like state the obvious just in case it isn't obvious. To make up .050 on mistaken replies means that your opponent would need to AVERAGE mistakes of .050 on all 21 subsequent rolls. That includes difficult mind benders like 31P. For every roll your opponent plays correctly, that means he must make a mistake of .100 on some other roll to keep the average at .050. Where would one find a donkey like that? And that would only get you even with making the correct play, even assuming that this same opponent would play all of those replies perfectly!
To recover .010 of gambit equity on immediate replies is huge. The only roll I have ever seen where I think this is possible is the opening 52D. Otherwise, expect far less.
