Jacoby will hardly matter since about the only way for Jacoby to quickly matter after 64P is after 64P 52S 55A Fan when my quick RO has it a 1.083 TG. That occurs 1/36 of the time and would mean that Jacoby rule is favoring the split by an added .0023.
But being an inquisitive sort, I rolled out 64P 52 about 22k using the same seed with and w/out Jacoby and the difference is .003 so as I expected there's some slight effect later on.
But the overall effects of these on whether Jacoby matters or not to an opening 64 RO are likely no more than .0001 or simply noise. Note also the XG slightly prefers 52D after 64P. Note also that even my RO sans Jacoby had 52S slightly ahead (wasnt stat sig).
Anyhow, the effects of Jacoby on the opening roll choice are basically irrelevent. Once in a great while the split player (over the next couple of rolls) may be caught by a super blitz joker and dance and his opp can be somewhat TG, but other times the split player may end up anchored and not having any worry about the opp ending up TG after one superlucky rare sequence.
