I had to delay my decision as to whether I could attend or not as I have some family health issues going on. The 9 a.m. schedule was a negative for me, being from the west coast. Still by the time it looked like I might be able to attend, the Grand Crystal Beaver was sold out and I chose not to go if I could not play in that. I think Bill is one of the best tournament directors and holds a very social event, which I like. He did a great job at the U.S. Open in Washington and his Chicago tournaments have always been loads of fun with the unique side-events and the entertaining dress and persona of his crew. His tournaments should be supported. I hope to attend next year, 9 a.m. schedule or not.
