I wanted another 33 but didn't get it

I'm terrible at these technical plays, but the extra checker off doesn't help me unless I roll a 6 next turn, does it? Is that worth an extra ~3% hits? (If White takes a checker off, he leaves additional shots after Black misses and White rolls 21.) I don't know, but I'd just make the safe(r) play (6/5* 6/1).
