To be more serious, I would wait a turn here, being ahead in the match.

I don't see colossal market loss, maybe except for the 4 large doubles.

On all small rolls, I'd expect to loose equity by doubling now. And as Ortega and Kleinmann puts it, better to wait for a tough cube (maybe not against this opponent, but...)

Improve just a tat more here before doubling.

I don't know mr. Rubin, but if the player on roll was an inferior player, playing against a GIANT such as Neil, then cubing here would probably be a very wise decision!
