7/3*/1 may or may not take care of the nagging blot, but I don't like the resulting stripped position. I'd play 6/2 6/4. Blue has a big enough race lead to walk this in slowly and build his board. The increasing pressure or the timing may cause White to move his blot on his own. If not, maybe I pick-n-pass or PoH turn after next.
