For reference, check N versus E (Each 24-22(2), 13-11(2) after 61P when the priming threat is greater. N is still best.
E (Each) would be 24/22(2) 6/4(2). What you're describing -- 24/22(2) 13/11(2) -- is N (Next). As I mentioned elsewhere in this thread, I really think nactation, beyond the very very basics is a hindrance to public discussion of positions. (And, again, just my opinion, and no offense to David, John, Nack, or anyone else.)
