In Response To: 64P 22 XG 4 ply RO TCTC (neilkaz)

Thanks for the rollout, Neil.

Here is data for xxP-22 positions:

64P-22
GnuBG .. [E N5] 46k
XG 3-ply [E N10] 15k
XG 4-ply [E N1] 46k

42P-22
Snowie .. [E @18 N24] 20k
GnuBG .. [E N14 @19] 15k, d[N E8 @9] 5k

31P-22
Snowie .. [E N18] 10k
GnuBG .. [E N11] 46k, d[E N2] 10k

61P-22
Snowie .. [N E12 @35] 15k
GnuBG .. [N E13] 31k, d[N E12] 5k

Nactation key:
N = Near 13/11(2) 6/4(2), E = Each 24/22(2) 6/4(2), @ = anchor 24/20(2).
"d" before brackets means DMP, otherwise assume money.

In all positions, N is easily best at GG, and @ is easily best at GS (except for 31P-22, only because @ is blocked). At DMP, mostly N is best (see "d" brackets).

Feeling out of the loop? To learn the basic letters for the second roll of the game that other people are routinely using on this forum, read Section 3 of the Nactation tutorial ("BEACON for Doublets"). It's barely over two pages (and less than half is text: it's mostly diagrams).

The first letter within the brackets is the best play, the second letter is second best, etc. The number after the letter denotes error size; for example, "[E N5]" means E is best and N is -.005. The number after the brackets denotes thousands of trials (e.g., 5k typically means 5184). For more on nacbracs (Nactation brackets), click here.
