In Response To: Tables to Improve Your Game (Phil Simborg)

While I agree with Bob and Herb (and Magriel) that 6 is (roughly) the average number of rolls needed to escape the prisoner, it is also true, as I recall, that you are a favorite to escape the prisoner in 5 rolls. (I'm too lazy to verify now.)
