Bob, I don't quite understand what is meant by the "expected number of rolls". If the chance of rolling a non-6 is 25/36, then the chance of rolling two consecutive non-6's is 625/1296, or less than half. So why wouldn't you expect to roll a 6 in two rolls?

What does "expect" mean? If I bet that a 6 would show up in two rolls of the dice, wouldn't I win over the long run?
