garyo gets the prize this time: the QF play of 13/7 tops the rollout. I said to myself, "I outboard my opponent, so look at blotty plays. That is, 13/7. O.K., I'm looking, but what I see is a double shot when I'm way ahead in the race. Yeah, 3's are duped, but still." I played 8/2.

Still a little tough for me to accept this one. I see that 13/7 gains a lot when it works, but it seems to lose a lot when it doesn't. I should probably play around with variants to see how much the position needs to be perturbed to make 13/7 wrong. Maybe some of the world-class readers can chime in with further insights?
